CONDITIONS FOR RESERVING
Our prices are in Chilean Pesos, American Dollars or Euros and can be subject to changes due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate. Traveller cheques are not accepted.
Reservations are made by making a deposit of guarantee of 50% of the total value of the stay.
The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit is received in the bank account.
Reservations will remain on hold for 2 days awaiting their deposit. If after this period the deposit has not been received, the reservation will be canceled without further need of notification.
If the reservation is canceled 15 or more days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled 14 up to 3 days before the arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be refunded..
If the reservation is canceled 2 or less days before its arrival, Balcacura reserves the right to retain 100% of the deposit.
No refund will be made if a guest leaves before the enddate of a reserved stay, whatever the reason may be.
The minimum of days of anticipation to reserve is 3.
We recommend you to reserve one month before the beginning of the high season.
